FAQ'S / CANCELLATION POLICY

We recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. A late arrival may reduce your session time. If you know you are going to be late, please contact us.

Deposit via Credit Card:  Deposit is required for all Specialty Services items (i.e. lash and brow services)

No Shows: We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so that we may fill your spot. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 25% of the service booked. 

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 mins. late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise your options. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your service price. Please understand that time is vital and someone else may want your spot ;)

Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is preferred (and highly encouraged) for all appointments. 

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash. NO checks. There is no tax on services paid in Cash.
